Club car wont run

Here's what I know. Battery voltage is 46 volts
Soleniod is not coming in.
Key switch has continunity
Foot switch has continunity through the micro switch.
Controller was changed thinking that was the issue.. didn't help.
Don't have a good enough schematic to trace further.

Help

well if that is a 48 volt cart, 46 volts is too low.... can you specify if the cart is 36 or 48 volts?

also the year and how did it quit and was a controller just put on without testing a bunch of other stuff 1st? ..............................
