Default High speed gears

Need some help on how to tell what axle is in my cart. Has tons of torque due to upgrades and now want to get a few more MPH. So far have Admiral MOT4 A2, Alltrax 48500, 2ga cables and last but not least Leaf 14s2p lipo. I am thinking my next move is gears. Any input appreciated.

Mine has a sticker on the driver side axle tube. Mine's a Kawasaki.

I've done gears in both of the choices......but you just plain HAVE to have access to a "bearing splitter" and a small press (not a re-purposed bench vise). I *think* the rear end in your cart is the same as the first gen C/C DS, but not sure without seeing some pics. Either way, very do-able with the aforementioned caveats.

What year, model cart do you have?
Do you need to know what axle or gear ratio you have?
I think most stock carts come with 12.0:1 gears.
One way for a higher ratio would be 22" tires and a mild lift kit for clearance.
My Pathway came with 10.3:1 gears and with 18.5" tires is the same final drive ratio as 12.0:1 gears with 22" tires.
Our cart will do 27-28 mph on the flat.

It's a 99 DS and I miss spoke it's actually a MOT-A4. Here are a few pics.

That's the 'early' style.....same as the pre-'89 (maybe? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please) gas DS models.
