Taylor-Dunn B2-48 Clicking noise
Hey everyone, I recently got a cart from a mutual friend and trying to get it going, wiring seems to be kinda screwy.
I have some pictures but it seems i cant upload until my account is 7 days old. So ill try to explain the best i can. I replaced the starter solenoid (the one that was clicking) solenoid: WHITE-RODGERS/RBM appears to still have the same issue, its clicking so i can only assume is working properly, (trying to engage) The other issue is there is no ignition on this cart.. I guess the previous owner removed it. There is a button in the cab an when I press the button and the gas pedal at the same time, the clicking noise happens. The manuals I did find show that it could be a safety button that is supposed to be under the seat? (this button is now located next to the forward an reverse switch an battery gauge) There are also 2 lose wires hanging with the dash cluster, I was thinking that could of been the ignition, but no such luck.. I will update my post next week with photos once i am able to upload them. Thanks in advance! Hopefully i can get this thing going without completely breakin the bank.. |
