g1 tune help
howdy everyone i am a new member so take it easy on me i have an old g1 yamaha golf cart that is just a toy its been beat but my son loves to ride it i need to know if anyone has any links to a online manual so i can tune this thing up i dont want to just rip into it without knowing how to take it apart the right way its running real crappy and sounds like it isnt timed properly so i would like to find out how to check that everything is in mechanical time before i go trying to find parts for it also i have a clicking noise coming from big front pulley on the engine i need to know how to take that apart as well thanks alot

Put a spark plug in to start, check out the clutch. Make sure the exhaust is not plugged up. Then you can check the crank seals and compression, clean the carb, etc.
