Way off what it was. Putting original controller back in see if speed returns. |

Re: Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph
Call PQ either a setting in the controller is off or the motor may have an issue but If it runs smooth and quite, that sounds like it is working.

Re: Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph
Could this be another CC MCOR problem?
With the Alltrax installed how far does the pedal move BEFORE the cart starts to move? If the signal is too far off then you won't get full throttle. |

Re: Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph
It's been a while back but he said he was able to get 100% throttle. The only thing left that has me concerned is that he is replacing the motor because of a burnt terminal. I'd like to hear more about that.

Re: Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph
Yes, he stated that he replaced his old motor with a BAD terminal with a new PQ Purple and it ran 23-24 mph after the change out but before the Alltrax.

Re: Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph
Sorry. That's not the way I read it. I read that he changed it all at once. My point was that if he had a problem that messed up a connector on the motor it still might be there. We're running out of possibilities.

Re: Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph
LOL
After re-reading it, it seems he did replace his motor with his new setup because of a BAD terminal. He also replaced his MCOR as well...?? So the question is what did happen to the old setup... did the motor or MCOR go bad so he no longer got 23-24 MPH BEFORE the change-out to the new setup? Was the old setup still working fine before the change out to the new setup? Blanko... Inquiring minds would like to know please |

I had PQ bandit for several years with stock everything including 4G cables The cart stopped working which I determined was a terminal burnt out on the motor so I replaced it with a new motor at PQ. Another Bandit. I took this opportunity to upgrade controller and solenoid. I also needed new batteries so decided to change those too at same time to start fresh. Once installed all was fine except the jerky start - scotty recommended mcor change so I did that and jerkiness is gone. I really can't be certain whether cart was faster with old mcor or not as I was still running in batteries so was never getting top speed at that point. I did check using the DCX software that I was getting 100% throttle. I was. I checked it again recently and still am. What I do know is that with old motor and stock everything I was getting 23-24mph now I'm getting 17-19mph. |

Re: Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph
Just thought of something, did you leave the speed sensor cable from the motor unplugged? If not unplug it then test the speed.
Just a thought |
