96 ezgo PDS
Have a 96 EZGO 36volt PDS. Solenoid clicks, 4 green light flashes from alltrax controller when pedal is pushed. Cart does not move. Reed switch was burned so I put new one in. Put a new solenoid on. Checked the ITS and it "looks" good. $pin molex between sol. and controller has been replaced with 4 butt connectors. Whats next? Thanx. Sorry for the hi-jack.

PDS was not introduced until 2001. You may have a DCS. See chart below.
4 green flashes indicate throttle setting to Ezgo ITS - this is correct. The light should then go solid green and when the pedal is put to the floor the LED turns orange... does it turn orange? This indicates a good pedal signal. |
