Default Which belt is best - ribbed or flat? and part # confirmation please

Based on some recent issues I've had and per your welcomed recommendations I am going to attempt replacing the drive belt and the starter belt on my 2002 DS. I've tried to find the parts online and depending on where I look I see similar but different parts available.

I'm interested in two things-
For the drive belt - what is the appropriate part number and cross reference to aftermarket makers?
Are the ribbed belts a good idea? I've seen a Dayco HP2007 for instance. Will this work? Is it better than just use a flat Stens for instance?

What is the right starter belt? I found a part number and the Stens that matches but on another site it says that part is for years 97-99 or something like that where others say 1997 and up.

Thanks!

Yep. Just ordered my 2nd 'Extreme Duty' ribbed belt from CCP. Can't beat the price and the belt grabs so well I can chirp my rear tires.
