Coil on g16
My new cart stops running when she gets hot. Let it sit I will start right up. I been reading up on replacing it. Pull air box and gas tank. I'm going to clean carb and replace all fuel and vacuum lines. I will order a spair main jet just in case and a bowl seal and the 3 carb seals. And my king pins have a lot of play to I will try to grease them 1st. Plus I'm order a Yamaha coil no after market one.

Re: Coil on g16
Jets are over priced, and easy to clean. I'd skip the new jet!!

Re: Coil on g16
the kingpin itself is usually fine (its very hard metal). the bushings are usually bad (& sometimes plastic), the metal ones are the only ones to use & should come with blue caps to cover the upper bushings. its about a 20 minute job to replace them.
