The shorter bolt & steel rod will work. I have done that several times on several different clutches. I suppose the water trick would also work with the short bolt, just not the original long bolt.

Cannot find the M14X1.0. Bolt, went ahead and broke down and purchased the tool.

The 1.0 pitch is hard to find went to 6 different supply stores. Gave up when Fastenal could not get it for me.

Can find 1.5 and 2.0 all day long.

Make sure that you lube the threads...It's a handy tool to have.

Well ***... I didn't think about that. I wonder if my local bolt supply has it.
Where did you buy it from and price?

But, Dave...a puller for a g1 thru G22 and 2012.5 to current, will not work on a 2007 thru 2012 Team clutch. That takes a special one specific to those primary clutch's.

Which is the right one to get for a 2012? But at the cheapest price?

I called around also and that bolt m14-1.0 isn't just anywhere per the bolt supplies here.
Then again I d9nt know if that's even the right size for an 07-12 cart.
Looks like $35 is coming out the budget
Anyone have a real pic of the one we need and it's thread info?
