Re: Motor fry controller
I originally suspected the 10 pin connector was my problem. From what I could tell I always had the right voltage to it.

Re: Motor fry controller
I am now feeling more like I should just get my cart back from these people. I really thought they could fix my problem quickly and painlessly. I think they want me to get a new cart

Re: Motor fry controller
I’d get it back… Your motor is probably good… And if you have to spend money on a new controller, which I am doubting, I would spend that money on a new Alltrax from ScottyB
Just about any one of those pins in any one of those connectors could be causing your problems… And I happen to know that Golf carts lie when you test those pins individually...Just had that issue myself... mine were giving me good readings with the pressure from the tester probe then letting go when I removed the probe |

Re: Motor fry controller
In the early years it was fun to talk carts, hunting dogs, fishing, and weather with each customer. As our volume increased I spoke with more and more people each day. I began to become hoarse by Friday, then Thursday, and eventually after Wednesday I was struggling to speak the rest of the week - then finally my voice was not recovering at all
For the last 2 years I have manned the email at least 5 days a week answering tons of questions, making repair and upgrade suggestions, and still finding time to get my work done in between. |
