Cg I agree with the crappy power cord and had done that while I waited for my warranty replacement. As for the power board it was just a thought.

Guess I'll wait till they answer me in the email. I do t wanna loose float charge. Cart is not driven that often and well no float is prolly a bad thing ..

I had a gen 3 and 4 apart next to each other and looked very similar for the primary board up front. Jumper cable from the from the front to the back board. Back board controls the AC side. Just wondering. Not enough time to play.
