Here's some with the body on on. Still have to put the canopy on and rear seat.

For now I'm running the lights off two of the batteries but plan on putting a voltage reducer to split the whole pack and add some USB ports. Think I'm going to add a USB bulkhead to connect the PC to the controller without having to lift the seat also.

Just a suggestion.
Since your batteries have both studs and posts, connect only the high current cables on the studs and use some automotive type post clamp terminals as adapters for the charger wires, voltage reducer wires, dash mounted voltmeter wires etc.

Clamps akin to the ones linked to has two bolts that are convenient places to land the the aforementioned wires.

Nice build. I plan on doing something similar with the frame next fall.

ETA - With motor, controller & suspension.

Hey man, I have a similar project going and I’m kind of stuck. Is there anyway you can tell me exactly which wire is going where off of your solenoid? I picked up a 2000 TXT non- running and the solenoid and wiring was removed. I have the alltrax SR in place and new HD solenoid already to be wired up. Thank you for any information you can give me!

This thread is about a sepex drive system and you have a series drive, so the solenoid wiring is different.

However, here is a schematic for an SR controller installed in a series drive system.

Finally got some time to work on my 12V power distribution. Had the original heat sink that was in rough shape so just rattle canned it green and started screwing stuff to it. Only wanted power on with the key switch so added a 48V automotive relay.

Made a panel to fill the golf ball holder in the dash. Used some black kydex I had left over from another project. Now to make the harness to the power supply.
