jerking at half throtte
1995 ezgo 500 amp Curtis controller 200 amp solenoid new d&d motor new its forward & reverse looks good jerks at about half throttle been through every thing I know to do help

Does it have an ITS throttle or is it a pot-box type throttle?

What model controller?
Does it run smooth at full throttle? What is the voltage on the black wire when pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click? What is the voltage on the black wire when pedal is pushed halfway (were it jerks)? What is the voltage on the black wire when pedal is pushed to the floor? What is the voltage on the white wire when pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click? What is the voltage on the white wire when pedal is pushed halfway (were it jerks)? What is the voltage on the white wire when pedal is pushed to the floor? |

problem solved a2 lead on new 500 amp curtis controller had to be unhooked going to reversing contactor 95 medalist ezgo
