JohnnieB I hope I've not lost your ear LOL, You've been a tremendous help and I really appreciate it!

The cart is running, and I'm in the process of breaking in the batteries.

Duracell GC2's, I'll have to find the make/model of the charger, I'll get that when I get home.

The first pack voltage I had 12 hours after the charger shut off was 38.2, my first run I went a little farther than I think I should have (time got away from me), I waited about 5 minutes and checked the voltage when we got home and it was @ 36...

Last night I checked it 12 hours after charging and it was 38.2, I ran it to 36.8 and charged it again. I'll do the same run tonight, may add a little more to it to try and get it < 36.6

Do those voltages seem right?

The pack voltage should be much higher at the end of the charge cycle (charger on and finishing)... like around 44-45 volts.
Then once the charger cuts off the pack will settle to the 38.2-4 indicating a full charge.

The charger is a Schauer Model JAC2036H.

Took the cart to 36.3 on the ride last night, put it on the charger and wasn't able to check the voltage this morning, will check when I get home.

I'll check the voltage while its charging tonight. I recall checking it when I was worried about it shutting off, I'm just not 100% I think it was around 42 but I cannot swear on it.

Thanks again!

Hi I have a question about the test procedure.
J1 Pin 1 must have pack voltage.
But it does not tell where to check if no voltage is present.

Thanks Pete

Please start new thread instead of hijacking an existing one.

In the interim, check the voltage on the smaller of the three wires coming out of the rear of the charge receptacle and on J1 Pin-4.
