Default EZGO RXV Charging 50%

I have a 2013 EZGO RXV 48v that I put new batteries in around October. Batteries would take full charge at that time. Now with colder weather, seems they only want to get about half charge.

I need to check each battery voltage as well as the pack to make sure I dont have a battery down.

I have the Delta Q charger that I keep wondering if it could be causing a problem. When I first tried it with new batteries, I would get the three (3) flashes. It did this a few times in one day and havent had an issue since.

Thought I would make a post first to see if Im going in the right direction.

Be sure to check, clean & tighten all your cables. I had a loose one and it gave the same error flashes.

Great point! I will go over all of that as well.

Batteries checked 12.06, 12.06, 12.06, 12.07 and pack was 48.25 or 27.

If you are only getting charged to 48.25v, that's way too low. Not nearly full charge, only about 55% charged. Stop now until you can figure out why you aren't getting a full charge. No use doing anything further until that is solved. It could be your charger, or your batteries (most likely). Zero point going further until that's solved. Unless you hate the idea of a battery problem so bad that you'll chase your tail for ever to deny that. I just did that one, tried to revive dead batteries for a week, it got me nowhere. (But it did give me "ghost problems" forever).I thought I couldn't be fooled that easily, I also was wrong.

Tons of good reading on the subject. The cart sat for probably 2-3 weeks with no charge. I think that I will check the level in each battery, charge each battery, and let it sit to see where we are at.

Got a chance to check things out. All connections were nice and tight. Charged batteries and each battery rested is 12.88-12.90 and the pack is 51.03. One thing that I did was took a piece of sand paper around the male end of the charger. Im thinking about going ahead and replacing the charger port on the cart and the cord end on the charger. Thoughts?
