Another Battery/Charger Problem
My hunting buggy is an 08 TXT. 48 volt, new batteries last fall. DPI charger If I charge it overnight, pack voltage is 52.2, everything works fine. If I plug it in and then have to use it in an hour or so, the pack voltage will be 56.8. I will have to wait for the surface charge to bleed off before the controller will allow me to move. I don't think this could be good for my controller. I have the same batteries and charger on another cart at home without the problem. I had AGM batteries before and I did change the charging profile. I am going to swap chargers on my next trip up. Thanks JAC

Re: Another Battery/Charger Problem
If it has an Alltrax controller try increasing the over voltage setting to 62v.

Re: Another Battery/Charger Problem
Handtools has the right solution. I had the same issue with mine. After changing that setting to as high as it goes, it doesn’t happen anymore.
