Default 08 Rxv wont move

I have 4 brand new Trojans, with a pack of 51 volts. When I have it in tow the solenoid clicks and then lets loose and the electric brake only clickes when not mounted on the cart. When I put it in run the solenoid clicks but sounds like its stressing and the e brake does not click . Ether way the cart wont move,,, need a wire diagram and maybe some advicewhen to look . I also took the floor up to make sure it wasnt packed with grass ..is there a interlock im missing ?

I would check the solenoid first. It shouldn't let loose after it clicks. You probably know but the brake will have to be installed before it will drive. Tighten it with the tow switch in tow and the brake released. Only tighten it to 50 inch pounds. Or just snug if you don't have a torque wrench. Too tight seems to cause the brake to bind up. If the bolts that hold the brake are worn or corroded, replace them.

The Danaher to Curtis conversion kits are pretty straight forward. The main thing is just make sure you splice the right two wires. That is probably the number mistake people make when doing these.

I cant seam to find any online instructions I check them out first . Also there is a small this box that has a white wire a black wire and a plug in, its hooked to the resistor coil is that still used with the Curtis ... also hows the diagnostics with the Curtis can you monitor the foot feeds and brake ? Also Are they more reliable than the Danaher

If you talking about the resistor coil module it's incorporated into the Curtis controller.

Yes your Curtis handheld can do and see what is working or not working.

And yes the Curtis controller is a lot better then the Danaher.

If I were in the market for a RXV, I wouldnt even consider a danaher one, unless it was free (maybe $500 running, so I could flip it for money to buy the right one). Curtis is that much better.
