16 48v TXT
Ok guys i just got the 500a and solenoid combo from ScottyB. 1st off my god did it breathe new life into the cart! Now it seems to "shutter" (i guess is the best way to describe it) in the rear when i get on it good. Its goes away quickly just does it on the initial start. Feels like the motor is doing it. Also its not a every time deal.

Re: 16 48v TXT
Shuttering is typically a sign of low voltage in a series cart, but this is a sepex, correct?

Correct. Batteries are good as far as i can tell. Tested total pack and individual volts. Never see a drop below 43v

Ok. Have you downloaded the Alltrax Toolkit software? I would look at the throttle percentage, ensuring that it's smooth as you step on the gas.
