Clubcar Transmission Removal
Has anyone any experience of removing a transmission from a Clubcar?
I have a diesel club car with a fault with the selecting of forward and reverse and I wanted to remove the transmission to check it's operation. I can hear the gear 'meshing' but then the car won't pull away until the transmission has 'clicked' into place. I want to see if there is any damage or anything loose inside. So far I have taken both prop shafts off, the clutch and a the majority of bolts but I still can't remove it because of the drive shafts sticking out of the transmission case.! |
