Spark has to be a Bright White or blueish color to really get the engine running. If it's yellowish or dim, then the ignitor or coil is failing.

The spark looks white and I can hold it about half inch away from metal and get a good spark, it seams that it’s not getting gas from the bowl up in the carb ? I can spray starting fluid and it will run to I quit spraying

So is it pumping fuel when you take the hose off at the carb inlet and hit the gas pedal?

Unless your air intake is somehow blocked I would think it to be a carb issue then. Maybe something happened with the linkages when you re-installed the carb? I'd double-check those.

Off the wall question...but is your '86 cart body green?
