Post Alltrax DCX400 Controller

Hello,

I'm working on an AllTrax DCX 400 controller and I've had a hard time finding the fault code history. In this case, I'm using a personal laptop to "talk" to the controller. I know other hand held computers have a fault code history option that usually give you permanent codes or existing codes. I'm just not sure how to find that on the alltrax 38 pro interface. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best,

J.

The car is a G22 Yamaha 48v.

Update: The controller's red LED started blinking 3 times. I believe this fault code is the right one:
0x04 = HPD. Throttle hasn’t gone to zero during this power on cycle.
Anyone with some experience on these situations' advice would be welcomed.

The car was working fine when I first posted this question.

Update #2: Throttle sensor was dirty and I think I had adjusted it too tight, cleaned it out and loosened it a bit. Car works fine now. 100% sure these controllers don't have the "fault code history" feature.

I don't think that feature exists. That is 20 yr old technology you are looking at there. It was barely programmable.

Scotty,

You may be right, I had a similar hunch.

Thank you

I believe it only shows 1 current code, the one it thinks is most important. No code history.
