Default No Power 2 Cycle

I have a 2 cycle EZ-Go. I'm not sure what year it is, but it must be early nineties. I can determine that when I get home. The cart runs fine, but won't go up hills well at all-"Very Sloyly". In checking some of the posts here, people are referring to the driven clutch as a likely suspect. I took the drive clutch apart this morning and cleaned and oiled it. That may have helped a bit. The belt looks new or in very good shape. Watching the driven clutch assembly when driving on level ground, the belt doesn't drop into the pulley groove but just a slight bit. But when I go down hill the belt drops deeply into the pulley and the cart goes much faster. I am wondering if that assembly can be taken apart, and if the assembly is the problem, or is it something else....

What's the Manufacturer Code? Then year can be determine by that. The plate should be under the passenger side dash board and facing out from the center of the car. Unless you're way off on the year. Pre 76 I think it was under the driver's seat.
Are your seat backs split? I mean are they two different pads or on single bench type?
Pics of the belt would probably help too.

Manufacture Code: H1690
I believe that makes it a 1990 model.
I found some more information on this site last night and I am going to look into the driven clutch today. The ramp buttons might be a problem.
Thanks for the response. Any input you have will be much appreciated.
