Just keep in mind that many of these valves were not hardened all the way and only had a hardened coating on them. If you find you're having to adjust them often i would recomend getting the valves replaced with ones that are fully hardened.

THANKS FOR THE ADVICE WILD BILL....I will add your comments to my notes I keep.
I have had my Ezgo for about 5 years and its has always started just fine....absolutely not one problem, ever. I maintain it, change oil and air filter regularly and it has always been reliable until these last few weeks. Now she starts up SUPER, i even noticed that it appears as tho the choke is even more effective now, you hardly have to pull it out all the way before she starts right up. I am very happy with performance....shes running and sounding great. Thanks again.

ONE MORE THING: SPARK PLUGS:

The plugs they recommend are NGK BPR5ES. Cant find them at my local Checker Auto(here in the west) or Auto Zone store. They looked them up on their computer and found an equivilent: AUTOLITE #65.
Are these the right equal? If no, what is a good match?
Thanks.

The autolite 64 is the exact match for that NGK plug. The 65 will work fine though. Here is a great website for cross referencing plugs.
