You could send the clutch out to CPP for machining so you will have even lower gearing and then if that gets you all you need for the hills ... maybe you could put the big tires back on for more speed?

For top end, what's your tire pressure? I took my mud lites from 4 lbs to 7 lbs and gained about 2 to 3 mph.

Just a thought

If You Want To Change Your Gear Ratio You Can Change The Shim Out Inbetween The Two Clutch Halfs To One That Is About 50 Thousands Thinner Instead Of Machining It. It Made A Huge Difference In Mine. Jake

check your belt, if it is too narrow/worn that could be your problem.

Check all your throtle cables for binding, make sure the throttle is opening up as it is supposed too. I have had customer spend a $1000 bucks with me and still complain there cart will not pull a hill and come to find out a $25 dollar cable would have fixed their problem.
