How to find out what year cart is

*** it engine is no good

wondering if I can put a 4 stroke in this thing, anybody got a clue if this can be done?

anything can be done but you'd loose reverse. 2 stroke run the engine backwards for reverse.

thanks was not suppose to be that color sort of messed up when I painted it but turned out all right...
