Default G14-a

Please Help..... I got a yahama G14-A put a 4" lift and 10" tires and wheels i think on it been driving and playing on it for almost a yr with it on there and now the passeren side wheel is cocked back? into the mud flap? we didn't hit anything ?any help on how to fix this would be great thanks. Jeff

Wonder if the center pivot joint on the swing arm broke.?
