G9 manual is all G2A?

I purchased a G9 manual from BU and the cover lists G9-AJ/E/J, G9-AG/AH, G9-EG/EH1, G9-EH2; and G2-A/E. The manual is approximately one inch thick and three fourths of that one inch is dedicated to G2. The last one fourth lists only specifications for a G9.

I have a 1993 G9-AJ. Am I to assume that the G2A information is the same for the G9? Most of the photos look like my motor. I need to rebuild my engine, it burns a lot of oil, and recently developed a noise that can be likened to screeching metal when first starting out, which I suspect is the clutch or primary sheave. The manual cost more than >$90.00 and I just now got around to looking at it. Given the time that I have had it, I don't think I can send it back.

I will certainly appreciate any input.
