Default Swingarm brackets...

Looking for some pics of some swing arm drops for lifting purposes! Not sure how far to drop them. Also, would I need to get longer shift cables and choke cable?

G9's don't use one. They keep the rear end from moving side to side in the newer semi independent rear sus. cars.

I would like to build a 3 link set up on the rear. Didn't think I would need one anyway...

Isn't the 3rd link of that system like a panhard bar?

The 3-link as it is done in a car,has 1 upper and 2 lower control-arms.This allows a lot of articulation with minimal bind. You still need a Panhard-Bar(also called a Track-Locator)Its' purpose is to keep the axle centered. It needs to be mounted parallel to the axle or as close as possible,or the axle will walk sideways while it travels up/down.As far as the swing-arm drops.Mine is a Marathon so things may vary.I made mine from 3" x 3/8" flat-stock(2" is fine,I had 3" in the shop, and you can get away with 1/4"),I dropped the front 1/2 the height of the lift-kit(5" lift). This drastically improved the angles in the engine-area.Cables and such all reach fine.Hope this helps.
