1989 g2 slow speed
i have a 1989 g2 i just cant seem to make it run faster than 21 mph dont know if this is all it can do or if it has any more. ive removed the governor cable and straight lined the throttle cable to carb. if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it thanks

With stock gearing,thats about it,Lift it and add bigger tires,you will pick up a couple mph,but you are about at the limit without changing the rear gear-ratio.

thanks thats what i kinda figured i talked to a local cart shop the guy said something about the igniter box with the rev limiter
