I had the same problem on the white stripe of the front seat. I laid the seat down on my black rubber mat and it transffered to the vinyl white stripe nothing removed it i tried all the above. I finally ordered a new seat cover bottom from the place who made my seat covers and recovered it.

I second the magic eraser, not sure if you tried it or not... its crazy what those things can remove.
