The value for the ITS is set by the controller output at pin 2
Curtis generally uses 14v and Alltrax uses about 10v.

So Scotty are you saying that my ITS is OK with those readings on pin 1 and 2. It doesnt seem right for me to have a 0 reading even if alltrax uses different numbers. If that is true then what else could be wrong with this cart. The solenoid still comes on with key and fnr turned either way and never goes off. This is getting harder and harder but I thank you guys for your help.

OK went back and read the troubleshooting tests again. If the alltarx operates at about 10v that would mean my controller is OK. By having 0 at pin 1 ( normal range of .4-1.5v) the troubleshooting manual states to replace the ITS. Unless I hear different I think that's the direction I'm going in.
