95 electronic help
Just got my first electric cart. 95 ez-go. Here is where I'm lost. No batteries or charger, battery tray rusted out. Looked and can't find much else than the axle motor and the black k box with the run/tow switch. How bad off am I? Thanks ahead

Re: 95 electronic help
new set of batteries are $400.00 at the least...a charger you can find used for between 150-200, battery tray you can buy new for around 150.00 or you can take to a welding shop and have them weld in a new one for around 100 bux around here anyway...hope this helps.

Re: 95 electronic help
I think all DCS carts have Run/Tow switches and were made from 95-early 2000, I'm not positive but I have two 96 DCS carts on my lot and they both have Run/Tow switches...

Re: 95 electronic help
Its a 95. Thanks for price list. I think there is more missing. I'll have to pull up a wiring diagram.

Too bad you're so far away. That is a perfect candidate for a project of mine.

Re: 95 electronic help
I am a complete newbie, and am in the middle of a complete ground-up rebuild on a 1996 txt DCS. I am at the stage where I am starting to install electronics and start to put back together. Very educational, and fun. Learning ALOT from this board. I'm just a little ahead of you in the process, so if I can help, just ask.
