Making progress, rewelded and undercoated the battery tray. I have the cart and wheels painted. Tail lights installed. Starting to put it back together. I found a sweet rear atv rack for it as well. More pics will be posted when I get a chance

The bed line is a good way to go for durability! If not you could use rubber floor mat from the home store..... 20x8-8 tires are vary safe! you could probably fit 22x11 - 8 with out too much problem's Most 22" tires don't measure 22" "they're shorter".

Pics of my rebuild and finished cart. I added an atv rack, tail lights, indoor outdoor carpet, charge meter, paint job, repainted seats, and this is what I had. Than I sold it for a nice profit and bought another cart!
