No. I get that, but in "real world" rolling conditions, I'll bet you get a different number from the method I suggested. I'm too lazy to try it, but I'll bet it makes "some" difference. I'm considering the fact that the tire bulges somewhat from outside, to center, to inside. I'll bet rolling circumference is at least a cm or two different than other methods.

My ExRay lets me input the tire circumference in cm, so you can get pretty accurate.

Tire revelations per distance traveled is the most accurate, but inflation pressure weight loading will alter the number slightly.

Optimal inflation pressure gives you the flattest side-to-side footprint for the weight being carried.

One centimeter in circumference is roughly 1/8" in tire diameter, or about 1% on the speedometer.
