Looking for more torque
I'm new to this and just did an minor build on my 2000 EZGO TXT. I did a rear seat, 4 inch lift stock tires still, paint job and recovered the seats. took it out last night and noticed that it really slows down on small hills, it never stopped but just slowed down than kept up that slow speed until we crested the hill. the batteries are about 1 year old maybe 1.5, is that common for these carts, and is there an upgrade i can do to keep up some speed up hills. I not looking for a racer just maybe a little more torque. Thanks John

Re: Looking for more torque
A HD FNR switch, big high current cables and a larger controller. The more amps the motor is permitted to draw, the more torque it will produce.
