looks backward to me

white is hot
black is ground
red is reed switch

The wire going to the 50amp fuse is ground right? If that's the case I have white on positive end of charger end and its going to the fuse which would explain the melting of the radsock

The charger side looks correct. White wire from DC plug in is hooked to fuse.
Black from DC plug is transformer. The cart is hard for me to tell. I can see the square side of the plug to tell u.

If what ur saying is right white to fuse black to transformer which wire goes to positive side of the charger end? Because on pic I posted its the white wire

Not saying the plug is correct, just the charger. I can't tell where the square side of the plug is and the d shaped is on his picture.But yes that is correct on the wiring white is + . Black is -.

How are u using it if you don't have the cart with you? I don't understand this, sorry just trying to figure it out but u say you used other carts to test it.
