Low power starting out
I am working on friends 1990 ezgo. It has low power at take off and up hill. Batteries are new 38 volts, cables good, backed off brakes, happens in forward or reverse, wired motor to battery good power. Throttle 1-5000@ wot. How do you bypass the fwd/rev switch or the controller. Controller looks like a 1204 Curtis

TEST 4
Check for controller output Check voltage output while depressing pedal (B+ to M-). 4-A, B, C Voltage should be zero with pedal UP, and full battery voltage with pedal DOWN. I did this test 7 volts looks like the controller shot |
