Valve Adjustment
Have an 87 Workhorse with a 350 Robbins with 375hours on a rebuild engine. Seems to be getting sluggish on starting and spits and a sputters a bit then runs like a bear when hot, could it be in need of valve adjustment? I just tuned it up changed the wires ect. Didn't make much of a difference.

Re: Valve Adjustment
It is one of the easiest thing to do on these motors. Go for it. It made a big difference on my 08. Just make sure the engine is cold and you do not roll the engine over with the feelers gauge between the valve and the seat.
