Default Engine does not want to accelerate

I have a 2004 TXT that is hard starting and does not want to rev up once it does starts, new to these motors and wandering were do I start. Please advise. Thanks

May want to introduce yourself and tell us a lil about you. We are kind of a family group here ,People come and go . You a coalminer . Just give us somthin to work with . What motor what setup you got.

I hope my intro is ok. The motor I have in the cart is a 350cc not sure what manufacture it is, but as I said I am new to cart motors and not sure were to look to find out. I will tell you I am eager to learn.

Sorry Papabear the cart is pretty much stock except 6" lift, a rear seat and a lite kit I installed after I purchased the cart. I should say it ran ok for awhile then it started by bogging down when it got hot and would diesel when shutting down, now after setting for 2 months it is hard starting and does not want to rev up or accelerate.
