Default EZ-GO ST 4X4 transmission bearings

I will be disassembling our ST 4X4 transfer case as soon as the weather improves. Does anyone have list of the bearing and seal sizes needed? Since bearing failures are common, has anyone considered using sealed bearings in the transfer case to improve lubrication and keep out debris? These are also known as "clean" bearings. I have seen some confusion about what lubricant to use? Some say tractor fluid while some say gear oil?

Mobilfluid 424 - search "Owners manual and Service Guide" - page 27. Whats is "Mobilfluid 424"? A quick search yeilds:

* Off-highway industries including: agriculture, construction, and quarrying
Top-up and refill of systems
* Commercial transmission applications requiring Type A (Suffix A), Dexron and Type F fluids. Do not use in passenger car automatic transmissions
* Applications requiring API GL-4 or SAE 80W grade lubricants in all gear applications except hypoid gear designs
* Outstanding replacement for engine oils recommended for hydraulic and transmission systems

From the ST4x4 Manual:
