I can post a lot more pics but can't figure out how to get more than one pic per post. It would be great if some one could help. Thanks

(tiger hair) its bondo with ground up fiberglass in it put some on the back side of the hole also so it doesn't just pop the plug out. also sand the area with 180 grit before you apply the filler it will help it stick better

The fiberglass bodo works great, you can use plastic filler for the small stuff. Sand it all down real good. I like heavy coats of primer so I have allot of material to get back off and make it smooth.

Successful trip tho plowmans. I didn't meet don but the guys there were great. They have a nice shop with lots if random yamaha parts that could build quite a few carts. Im not for sure but if u ever needed a random used part they might sell them. I can't wait to feel the power from all the upgrades. My primary was blown out and needs a rebuild, it's getting new secondary and spring, belt, air box mod and hi proformance air filter, carb jets and carb cleaning. The motor mounts r also bad but I'm going doing them my self. They r also checking everything on the cart and will let me know if I need to replace something. I'm pretty happy knowing that the knollage of those guys will help me build a nice reliable cart.
