warm solenoid is normal ... What about the pin 4 check Johnnie asked about?

UPDATE......called Alltrax. Went through a few diagnostic stuff. After finding out that pin 4 was getting power all the time, he told me to cut the orange wire going to pin 4. BAM.... I now have to fix my sons scooter because the cart lurched forward!!!! They're sending me a new harness today. Thank you again for all yalls help. Ill post pics when I'm done.
