Default Torque motor recommendation?

Have a 2007 bone stock DS except for rear seat, 6" lift and 21" tires. It also has a hitch that I use to pull jon boat, motor and trailer up my hilly backyard to the driveway. Recently purchased another boat/motor package that weighs probably 2-300 lbs. more than my old one. Cart cannot get this rig up the hill. Looking into what is most feasible/cost effective mod for making this cart drag the new rig up the hill.

If you have a riding mower, put a hitch on it. They pull really good.

I can pull my 12x6 trailer around my hilly yard with mine loaded with a ton 2000 lbs of mulch.

Just like to give a shout out to David at Revolution Golf Cars. Spoke with him by phone and listed my only requirement - I need to pull my new slightly heavier boat (than my old one) up the hill in my backyard to the driveway. He said he was confident that a new higher amperage controller (Curtis 350A vs stock 250A) that would be plug-N-play and fix my problem. He even hooked me up on a great price on the item. Installed it myself. He offered to provide a new motor magnet for minimal cost. After all that and a brief test drive to confirm everything is in order I was up and running again. No new motor - no new wires, solenoid or anything else. He mentioned I should pay attention to the battery cables after high-load situations and I do. So far, no problems and the cart pulls the boat better than I could have hoped for. Thanks Dave.
