Default 1mph forward and reverse

I have a '89 36v club car. I just changed ALL wires and new batteries. Now it runs about 1 mph in both forward and reverse. I'm pretty sure all connects are correct. Any suggestions?

Did you make drawings/take pictures before you started? If so post before and what you got now pictures.

I don't have any pictures from before but I wired one cable at a time so I don't think anything got switched.

I'd start by checking the batteries. They don't look new to me.

I bought the batteries new in sept. I've had them in another cart to break them in and as of this morning they were working great before I took them out.

Make sure your V-Glide throttle switch is going all the way to the top contact when you put the pedal on the floor. Also, check the battery voltage and let us know what it is. These are very simple systems so the problem shouldn't be hard to narrow down.

Wiper goes all the way to the top. Reading NOT under load was 41. I pulled out the load tester and tested every battery unhooked and all tested good.
