Default carb boot question

changing carb right quick. is in intake boot, gasket, carb in that order or is there a gasket in front of the intake boot as well? manual doesn't specify

well I just barely got it to idle...has new carb, plug, air filter, fuel line, fuel filters, battery, ya know complete tune up. I am however borrowing a fuel pump of my 18hp vanguard but im not sure if that should affect anything. I know it has spark because it idles, could spark be too weak? could this be a compression issue? I came in for the night, got to high off of fumes lol

vanguard fuel pump is fine, that is not your problem. there are three gaskets between carb and intake
