2005 precedent golf cart
I have a 2005 clubcar precedent golfcart. I replaced the factory headlights with led headlight fixture now the turn signals wont work. The headlight comes on as well as the rear tail lights. Before replacing the headlight the turn signals were working. Please advise. Thanks

Re: 2005 precedent golf cart
Sounds like you lost the ground to the turn signals. Try running a temporary wire from battery negative to the ground wire of the turn signal light to see if it will work...if not you may have blown the flasher some how...did you move or disconnect any other wires when you were installing the led lights?

Also checked continuity both ground and positive and all seem to be getting power.

Re: 2005 precedent golf cart
If the cart has a mechanical flasher, the LEDs are not drawing enough current to make it work. The mechanical flasher relies on a metal strip bending back and forth when the current through it causes it to heat then cool when the current stops. This is also responsible for the click sound those flashers made.

Re: 2005 precedent golf cart
You have to get an ultra low flasher
