Default 93 marathon 4 cycle carburetor vacuum lines

I have a '93 EZGO Gas Marathon with a Robin 295cc engine. There are 2 small hoses coming off the carburetor that appear to be vacuum lines, but I cannot figure out where they are supposed to be attached. Can anyone help me here?
Thanks.

I've attached 2 photos. I thought I had a fuel problem, but now I've about decided it may not be getting any fire. Supposedly the guy I bought the cart from, replaced the ignitor. I have replaced the ignition coil and the pulsar coil, but it still won't start. The starter turns over fine, but the engine won't start.
Thanks for looking.

I might be wrong but I believe those are vent lines and do not attach to anything.

Thanks. Do you know of any way to check the ignitor to see if it might be bad or defective? Thanks again.
