Default Golf cart id

I was wondering if someone could tell me what this tag means on my golf cart. Im trying to buy a new driven clutch and I got the wrong part so Im wondering if this tag tells anything about the year, model, engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

1988 2 stroke 2pg. Marathon

To verify that, your muffler should stand up vertical with the exhaust pipe entering the top not the side.

Engine, and front end pictures help.

I am having trouble getting a Driven Clutch. Mine has about 10 splines inside that correspond to the pinion of the rear end. I have ordered a clutch and when it arrived without the splines inside and it was about 2 inches smaller in diameter.

Still a 2 stroke 2pg engine built in the 80s, but that is not a 1988 muffler.

It looks like you have the vertical choke shaft on the carburetor. That is 1988. It's the bigger BV-24 Mikuni carburetor.

That sounds like a manufacturing defect.

This is what you need. https://www.golfcartking.com/ezgo-ga...-through-1988/

That is the clutch that I received twice. It does not have splines in it like the one that came off of it. And it is a much smaller clutch. This is the differential. You can see the splines in the photo.

You can see the splines in pictures of the clutch cart around linked to. Post a picture of your old clutch and the new one that does not fit.
