Default Front Suspension MIA

Tension rod......FOR LEFT (DRIVERS SIDE) can not find a part # see attached photo and parts diagram, this part was missing ...I can not seem to find aftermarket using only the part description, any help appreciated looking to buy. Thanks!! Is this the same thing? left or right confused..

Part # J17-W2355-00-00
It appears to be a discontinued part. Someone here who has installed a Jake's lift on their cart should have one laying around. The complete front A-arm is replaced with their own design.

Field 6565 it was missing when delivered front left wheel moves 3 inches front to back and I was stupid enough to drive it!! no harm done it is a yard cart..
