2000 club car ds 48v not moving
Been working in this 2000 CC DS no tow switch
Wheels barely move when jacked up. On the ground it doesnt Solenoid clicks, charger works, battery pack is 51.3 I tested motor and it ran on 12v power. Help? |

jump across the two lg terminals of the solenoid , if it moves the solenoid if junk. if not I would look at the F/R switch

The solenoid clicks. Do i removed any cables on the solenoid or just add a jumper on top of them

if it clicking then it should be fine , look at the f/r switch it may need to clean up the connections on the rocker block . take it out , compress the spring and slide the pin out to take it apart .

Brand new forward reverse switch did
Not fix the problem. Any suggestions. |

Do i remove the wires on their i do have 51 volts on both sides when solenoid clicks

If you have full pack voltage on both sides of the solenoid after it clicks then I would think it is not your issue.

A lot of that voltage is coming through the resistor. It also sounds like it's trying to run off voltage through the resistor.
